L.A WEEKEND

In Los Angeles, you can have the city life and feel like your’e on holiday at the same time.

Weekends are our getaway from life! do something different, something from our usual WEEKLY routine and go out and explore new places, new people, new food & new beaches! We skipped the rush hour traffic and left Friday evening. It said 6 hours, 47 minutES & 418 miles away on our maps, eeekk...! i offered to drive, but husband was persistent to get there in 4 hours and said I will slow us down. he's a crazy driver and thinks its the racing track on the freeway.. it took us 5 and half hours to get there, and a lot of "slowwwww downs" from me, we finally got to our hotel and knocked out, but oh so ready to get the weekend started!

We have been to LOS ANGELES quite a few times already and have done the tourist things like rodeo drive, hollywood walk, disneyland & universal studios, But this time, we decided to explore beyond what we have already done and do some local things as well as exploring a new island off the coast of california.you would think we had gone to spain or italy with some of the places we visited but only 6 hour drive from sf and an hour ferry ride, we truly felt like we were on vacation.
