sleep, sleep & more sleep!
Everyone who knows me thinks I don't sleep, and will probably be surprised that this is actually even on my "how to balance it all" list. They think the only reason I do balance it all, is , because I DON'T sleep! Haha.
Well I do, I need sleep to function for the busy day ahead. Maybe I sleep less than others, (JUST MAYBe, lol) but I do sleep. Although I sleep late, (I KNOW, NOT GOOD) I also don't have an alarm clock (besides my toddler) haha, so I can sleep in everyday as long as my toddler does too. My sleep in usually means 9.30 AM max but I do wake up in a rush and try to get my morning routine done asap.
sleep is essential and there are ways to help you sleep better if it's an issue for you.
some things that can help you sleep better is maybe take a long bath or shower before you go to sleep for that soft baby sleeping feeling, or maybe do a prayer before bed to help calm all the worldy things going around you. Another way I like to make sure i have the best sleep is using essential oils during bath time, like lavender or cedarwood. Sleep tight!
