how does she do it all with baby, husband & work?

well guys, here it is! I have put together some of my little secrets of how i manage to do it all! 


sleep, sleep & more sleep!    Everyone who knows me thinks I don't sleep, and will probably be surprised that this is actually even on my "how to balance it all" list. They think the only reason I do balance it all, is , because I DON'T sleep! Haha.  Well I do, I need sleep to function for the busy day ahead. Maybe I sleep less than others, (JUST MAYBe, lol) but I do sleep. Although I sleep late, (I KNOW, NOT GOOD) I also don't have an alarm clock (besides my toddler) haha, so I can sleep in everyday as long as my toddler does too.  My sleep in usually means 9.30 AM max but I do wake up in a rush and try to get my morning routine done asap.   sleep is essential and there are ways to help you sleep better if it's an issue for you.  some things that can help you sleep better is maybe take a long bath or shower before you go to sleep for that soft baby sleeping feeling, or maybe do a prayer before bed to help calm all the worldy things going around you. Another way I like to make sure i have the best sleep is using essential oils during bath time, like lavender or cedarwood. Sleep tight!

cooking prep!    ok, so i hate to cook! I hate how it takes an hour in the kitchen but eaten in 5 minutes! Slaving over the cooker, preparing dinner is just blah, but someone's gotta do it right? so, I like to make dinners a little easier for me, taking out the chicken the night before and marinating it can help save me half hour of my time the next day. i ALSO LIKE TO GET MY LITTLE ONE TO HELP ME WITH when i'm in the kitchen DURING prep time, SO IT'S ALSO INCLUDED AS AN "ACtiVITY" IN HER DAILY LIFE. it is also great for her to develop her fine motor skils. she loves to help and it's also great for her to request particuLAR dinner ITEMS too, since half of cooking prep is deciding what to make! I also like to get my ingredients earlier on in the week, so It helps me prepare what to make for the next few days. It's just little things to make dinner time a little easier.   mAYBE THIS WILL HELP YOU WITH DINNER TIME NOW too!

It can be as easy AS setting a morning schedule,  WHICH CAN Become a weekly or daily routine. I also like to plan out my day according to my childs nap times, just so I can work around her schedule too, (it helps us both in the long run!) prioritizing things over another is a great way to get organized, and if it doesn't get done, it's just a ok, because you already have dealt with the important thngs!

Even for a cup of coffee on saturday morning, i would like someone else to make it for me for once, so we like to get out on the weekends for brunch, lunch, dinner and some fun! You can also relax & have it easy by chilling at home and relaxing, ordering a pizza and binging on netflix (we do that on some sunday evenings) or going out for a hike OR SHOPPING. it's all about your own "me time", after all you deserve it!
